in Chaffing dishes. An attending Chef fee of
$65 for a station with items carved or sautéed
on site.
Policy
Our Premium or Ultra Packages include full
service at your selected setting, setup, cleanup and
food service for 3 hours. The gratuity charge
is shared among the Staff at the event. Catering
includes heavy duty clear plastic cutlery and cocktail
plates & cups. Additional rental fees for
silverware and plates will apply.
A deposit of $300 is required to reserve the date
of your event. This is a non-refundable deposit.
The balance including taxes and gratuity is to be
paid on the day of the event or prior. Food
will be prepared in ample amounts for the number of
guests we are contracted to prepare
for. If additional guests arrive, our prepared
food may deplete prior to the 3 hours.
